Six Rutgers players have been invited to the NFL Combine

By Matt Sugam

The complete NFL Combine list is out and Rutgers has six players invited, which is more players invited than any other Big East school.

The six former Scarlet Knights are middle linebacker Steve Beauharnais, weakside linebacker Khaseem Greene, running back Jawan Jamison, cornerback Logan Ryan, tight end D.C. Jefferson, and wide receiver Mark Harrison.

The six players also set a new school record for Rutgers players at the combine. The previous record was set in 2009 (Kenny Britt, Courtney Greene and Tiquan Underwood), 2008 (Ray Rice, Jeremy Zuttah and Pedro Sosa) and 2007 (Clark Harris, Brian Leonard and Cameron Stephenson).

The group will participate in the combine held in Indianapolis from February 20-26. It will air live on the NFL Network.
