Mohamed Sanu’s season is officially over.
After suffering a stress fracture in his foot at practice last week, Bengals head coach Marvin Lewis said Sanu’s foot would require surgery and his season was over.
Today, the Bengals put the former Rutgers product on injured reservered.
Sanu had been developing into a reliable receiver in Cincinnati, catching at least two passes in in his final five games. The rookie had 16 catches for 154 yards and four touchdowns on the season.
