On the eve of National Signing Day, Rutgers has received a verbal commitment from another walk-on.

Bernardsville, N.J. quarterback Devin Ray has decided to come to Rutgers as a preferred walk-on according to ScarletReport.com.

Ray was previously committed to Rhode Island where he had a scholarship.
