Ali Kassem decommits from Rutgers, chooses N.C. State

This morning, Ali Kassem committed to Rutgers. This afternoon, he changed his mind.
The offensive lineman decommitted from Rutgers just several hours after he verbally committed to be a Scarlet Knight according to Scout.com.
The junior college product has is now committed to N.C. State.
