By Matt Sugam
Two days before national signing day, Rutgers has received their 24 commit of the class of 2013 in offensive lineman Ali Kassem.
Kassem comes fro the junior college ranks via ASA in Brooklyn.
ScarleNation.com and ScarletReport.com first reported the news.
“Rutgers must replace starting right tackle R.J. Dill and Kassem is a player the staff feels can come and compete right away at that spot,” ScarletNation.com’s recruiting analyst Matt Hladik told SNY.tv. “He has two years of eligibility remaining and is a mature, physically-developed player.”
