After going 1-1 this past week with a win over USF and a hard fought loss to No. 20 Notre Dame, Rutgers moved up 11 spots in the RPI from 57 to 46.

The RPI is ranks teams based on wins and losses and strength of schedule. It is considered a valuable barometer during the NCAA Tournament selection.

Rutgers (12-5, 3-3 Big East) returns to action on Wednesday night when they host St. John’s (11-7, 3-3 Big East) at the RAC.
